Personal training with me

I use my personal experience and knowledge to help people grow and accomplish their goals, to become more confident in themselves and be proud of what they can achieve. 

 

Everyone's fitness goals will be unique to them. I help a variety of ages and fitness abilities. Mainly focusing on weight loss, beginners to exercise, general health and building strength. 

I like to use a variety of training techniques with strength and resistance training being a favorite of mine. Sessions are kept simple, fun, adaptable and effective in order for clients to stay motivated and enjoy themselves

1-1 training sessions

Home visits or in a gym environment

2-1 sessions

Dont like to train alone why not train with a friend or partner

Small group sessions

Up to 4 people
